I met Shelby in Grade 3 at Webster Elementary, and immediately thought she was so cool and I had to be friends with her. Shelby and I had a hilarious list of life lessons that we kept in a chat throughout our early 20’s, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to grow up with one of my favourite people. In the words of Pink, whom Shelby loves- let’s get this party started!

I have known the couple since high school, although I met the bride much earlier through Girl Guides (I hurt my own feelings counting how many years it's been). Shelby and I's friendship flourished when we became locker buddies all through high school, and had many adventures through Girl Guides and beyond. I like to think that we have always helped each other do better - in school, work, fun, and relationships - so Shelby would not DARE to get married without me there! Jokes aside, I'm so happy to witness this beautiful couple get married, and be a part of the wedding day.

Work brought us together; CrossFit sealed the deal. We love lifting heavy & we love dogs more than people. Shelby is strong, very funny, and has the biggest heart. I’m so proud to call her my friend and honored to stand by her side!

I’m lucky to know the bride through work and friendship, and had the chance to watch her reconnect with her now-fiancé after years apart - The ultimate “one that got away” story with the best possible ending. She’s uniquely herself, deeply considerate, and someone you always want in your corner. We also spent a summer as roommates during covid, which only sealed the bond. I’m honored to stand with them on their day, cheering them on and celebrating a love clearly meant to come back around.

Brennan and I have known each other most of our lives, having grown up next door to each other. We’ve been to countless concerts together, travelled together, and spent lots of time outdoors together. I’m happy and excited to celebrate with Brennan and Shelby on their wedding day!

Ty is familiar with both the bride and groom, having gone to school with both of them. Brennan and Ty have played music together since highschool, which has been both beautiful and chaotic.

Despite his sadness of not being able to marry Brennan himself, he is truly excited for the bride and groom to begin their new adventure together and a wedded couple!

I met Brennan and Shelby in high school. After knowing them for twenty (yikes!) years. I spent many of those years working with Brennan at the Colander restaurant. I am so thrilled to be celebrating this wonderful day with them and sampling all their delicious food ;) Ciao!

I am the brother of the groom. I like playing video games and traveling to places I've never been. I collect figurines of all types of things. Hooray!!!!

I am the soon-to-be brother-in-law (brother of the Bride). Brennan and I have bonded over our shared love of the Canucks and Metallica. As the groom's go-to resource for navigating the Ravestein family, I am proud to be a part of the team and excited to celebrate their wedding day.
